用西班牙语谈雾霾的那些事

据北京市气象局官方微博报道，2016年12月16日以来，中国中东部遭遇今冬最大范围的雾、霾天气，截至18日下午，霾天气影响区域已达142.2万平方公里。然而日前，《北京市气象灾害防治条例(草案)》却将霾列为气象灾害而非环境污染事件。据了解，北京市将霾作为气象灾害立法并非全国首例，京津冀及周边六省市中，天津、河北、河南均将霾写入气象灾害立法。

China aplica un sistema de alerta para tiempo adverso de cuatro niveles codificados en cuatro colores, siendo el rojo el más grave, seguido por el naranja, amarillo y azul.
